National Science Council Project Grant
Mouse model efficacy evaluation
Through mouse models, researchers can evaluate the safety, efficacy, and biological activity of new products, thereby providing important lead information for clinical applications, helping to ensure the safety, efficacy, and feasibility of products, thereby promoting the successful development and commercial application of new products.
Animal Model
01
Short-term prevention/long-term treatment of fatty liver disease
The alliance has established a NASH-HCC mouse model with rapid disease progression. It can choose a 3-month short-term prevention model animal trial and a 7-month long-term treatment model animal trial to help customers evaluate the efficacy of health products or drugs for the development of anti-fatty liver or liver cancer.
02
Running/swimming exercise fatigue model for mice
Used to evaluate the effects of sports supplements
03
Intestinal ulcer mouse model (Intestinal ulcerative colitis induced by indomethacin)
For evaluation of anti-inflammatory efficacy
