Customer payment completed

Customer received test report

After the alliance uses the seal, the Kaohsiung Medical Industry and Education Department will send a letter to the customer to notify them to pay the membership fee.

Service specification and quotation

After the alliance uses the seal, the Kaohsiung Medical Industry and Academia Office will issue a notice to customers

And send back a service contract (retained by the customer)
